• No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Swings-N-Things Family Fun Park and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Prize not redeemable for cash.
• Swings-N-Things is the sole judge of all matters pertaining to this contest, and reserves the right to change the rules and/or discontinue the contest at any time without notice. All decisions by Swings-N-Things are final.
• All contest prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each contest entry period.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Registration is limited to one entry per person per contest. More than one member of a household may enter each contest if you use different email addresses. Only one winner per household will be permitted, however. (Therefore, if someone from a household wins a contest, all entries from that household will be ineligible for the remainder of the drawings for the 2008 season.)
• All drawing winners will be notified by e-mail or phone.
