There is a 50 person minimum for the meals shown above. Catering guarantees of 15 – 49 guests will incur a $75.00 Service Fee.

RESERVED SEATING AREA FOR YOUR OUTING

Swings-N-Things reserves the right to assign each group to the appropriate sized area in the park. Fortunately, our two prime areas are equally beautiful and groups seem to be equally happy in either area. Groups are typically assigned a week or two in advance of their outing based on the group’s size and the size of other groups scheduled for the same day.

The summer weekend dates are obviously our most popular. The Picnic Pavilion and its surrounding area provide the largest potential volume of guests and thus usually becomes the area that we assign the largest of our groups on any given weekend day in the summer.

Occasionally we may have several groups scheduled for the same date, with at least two of them anticipating their guests to total approximately 200 guests. The Pavilion Area is typically the venue that we assign groups of 250 – 2000. Larger groups often prefer the Pavilion if they are anticipating a minimum of 250 people. To help accommodate groups who have a strong preference for the Pavilion Area, we have developed a method that in certain circumstances we could guarantee a group the Pavilion Area if this was a strong preference. The following section outlines the requirements that a group, based on other groups scheduled the day of their event, could achieve this:

 

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION SCHEDULE

  • Date of outing is not reserved until INITIAL “BOOKING” NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500.00 is received.
  • An ADDITIONAL $2,500. DEPOSIT IS DUE BEFORE EVENT DATE (Total of $3,000.) This deposit is also non-refundable.  Some outings may require that the entire deposit is paid at the time of booking.
  • Final Outing Count is due 7 business days prior to Group’s scheduled event date. The group will be responsible for 100% of the catering cost of their event. If the amount exceeds $3,000. (ex. Total catering cost is 3,500, group would owe an additional $500.).
  • Final Balance is Due on day of event or within 10 business days for established SNT accounts. Cash, Company Check, Visa or Mastercard accepted. No Personal Checks! REMEMBER: Attraction Costs are based on the number of guests projected or reserved for your event.
  • Every member of a group that gets reserved seating MUST purchase a Swings-N-Things Attraction Pass, Catered Meal, and Beverage Service. There are no exceptions to this rule!
