Event Specifics

Event time is 4 hours and must begin no later than 1:00 am unless special arrangements are made

The safety of your students is a top priority - that's why alcohol is not permitted on property and a security guard will be provided for the entire event at no additional expense to your organization.

A minimum of 150 students is requried.  Groups of less than 150 are welcome - but payment for 150 is required.

It is the responsibility of your school to collect the money.

Representatives from your school may arrive early for set-up.  All decorations must be approved.

FREE coffee for chaperones!

Food not included in price.  Snacks to full catered meals are available.  We do allow your school to bring in outside food that was donated by businesses that are supporting your after prom.

A $500 non refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation  to secure the date of your event.  A roster of attendees along with the remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event.
