Minor Waivers

One Day Waiver: Any adult may sign for a minor, but it is only valid for that day.  Waiver must be signed in front of a member of Paintball Village Management.

Permanent Waiver:  The waiver must be signed by a legal guardian in the presence of Paintball Village Management.

Adult Waiver

Adult Waiver: Signed by the participating adult.
